Recent research demonstrates that choline improves fetal memory development, All eggs do naturally
contain choline.
300ug of lutein per egg
Lutein is important for healthy eyes and skin. Research results have shown that "Lutein consumed
through enriched eggs is more readily absorbed into the bloodstream than lutein from other sources
because of other components in the egg's yolk, such as lecithin." (Source the Jean Mayer USDA Human
Nutrition) Lutein is also found in green leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale and broccoli.
Rich in vitamin E
An important antioxidant, vitamin E protects tissues against oxidation and promotes normal growth
and development.
250mg of Omega-3 fatty acids
Omega-3 fatty acids are long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids found in cold water fish including
salmon, tuna and mackerel.
EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid)
These are the two principal fatty acids found in fish. They belong to a family of essential nutrients
known as Omega-3 fatty acids. The body can manufacture both EPA and DHA from another essential fatty
acid, alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) - found in flaxseed oil, canola oil, soy oil and walnut oil—but
only to a limited extent. Most fish oil supplements are 18% EPA and 12% DHA, or a total of 30%
Omega-3.
