Our processing plants implement stringent HACCP plans, and our quality assurance and tracking
ensure the highest food safety levels. Our fully integrated farms allow point of origin
tracking, a critical point in any food safety program.
From start to finish, comprehensive quality control is the key to the outstanding food safety and
quality of Sparboe Farms Eggs. Our feed is specifically developed with strict nutrition and dietary
needs taken into account for our chickens. The HACCP-based processing system identifies potential
food-safety and quality risks and prevents them.
Our on-staff Ph.D. of Poultry Nutrition and Dr. of Veterinary Medicine oversee the adherence to
the high standards in bio-security, food safety and humane hen care and health we've developed.
Our Quality Assurance Supervisor trains our facility personnel to ensure that all guidelines of
the Sparboe Farms quality and safety procedures are understood and followed.
We also hire outside independent third party audit services to conduct detailed annual audits of
the Sparboe Farms shell egg facilities
